In 2016, we succeeded in jointly developing a high-performance metal mask washer with a major auto parts manufacturer, Denso Corporation. Since then, we have continued to listen to the opinions of our customers and have been developing high-performance metal mask cleaning machines that are easy to maintain and have low running costs.
In response to a request from a major automotive parts manufacturer, we developed a next-generation ultrasonic metal mask cleaning system based on a new concept, which we began selling in January 2016.(For details of the joint presentation at a symposium held at the Nagoya Municipal Industrial Research Institute with Denso Corporation, click here.
The ultrasonic diaphragm and the ultrasonic stabilising protective reflector are simultaneously clamped over the entire area of the metal mask to be cleaned, and the cleaning solution is introduced into this area.This takes approximately 10 seconds.After this, the ultrasonic SIRIUS-SuperMulti 40 KHz fundamental frequency ~275 KHz wide-area simultaneous multiple-wave oscillation + SWEEP function for 30 seconds of dense, powerful ultrasonic cleaning. The cleaning liquid is cleaned by the generation of countless spherical nebula cavities (groups of microvacuum nuclei).The ultrasonic oscillation is automatically monitored and any abnormality is alerted.The ultrasonic density is ultra-high, up to 200 W/ℓ.Cleaning performance is guaranteed.Innovative technology that enables numerical control of ultrasonic conditions.(Patent pending).
