This is a fully automatic ultrasonic cleaner (powerful ultrasonic cleaner) that can incorporate all processes and various options, from general, powerful, ultrasonic cleaning such as degreasing, chip removal and buffing removal, to deburring, rustproofing and – drying.
Pre-cleaning ⇒ powerful ultrasonic cleaning ⇒ rinsing ⇒ deburring ⇒ rustproofing ⇒ drying is performed automatically. The ultrasonic cleaning tank and the ultrasonic deburring tank are the latest ultrasonic tanks that combine our technologies.
You can also rest assured about the drying technology.
Ultrasonic deburring also serves as a finishing rinse, so oils are cleaned before deburring.
