The most powerful ultrasonic wave in our company is the DB-20 series. The most powerful ultrasonic wave in our company is the DB-20 series, which is our latest sound pressure meter and has a sound pressure of 20~22.
This Monday, we installed in our laboratory the HDB-20 series, an improved version of the DB-20 series, with 1200W, 2400W, 3600W, 4800W, and 6000W as standard.
The deburring cleaner equipped with the 6000W ultrasonic diaphragm is the PERION-HDB-20-6000. The sound pressure reaches 27~30, making it our strongest ultrasonic deburring machine.
Today, March 16, we started using the most powerful ultrasonic deburring/cleaning machine, 6000W, in our laboratory. We are going to challenge again for the products that have not reached the level of good products with the conventional type.
The same type of machine will be open to the public at the Chubu Experimental Center (Okazaki City) from April.
