The robot inserts two rotating cages at the same time, and the vacuum lid is automatically closed. After that, the vacuum pretreatment takes 20 seconds, cleaning solution is introduced, the cages are rotated, ultrasonic deburring is performed, the vacuum lid is opened, and the cages are collected by the robot and moved to the next process. This is a new model machine.
