The basic cleaning process is as follows

Particularly delicate filters undergo a vacuum pretreatment process to remove all air from inside the filter before the ultrasonic cleaning process begins.
Ultrasonic cleaning with cavitation enhancement system – up and down oscillation, rotation – forward washing – backward washing – simultaneous multiple wave ultrasonic washing.
After washing is complete, remove. In the case of an automatic machine, it is returned to the cassette.
For filters with a wire diameter of 3 µm or less, filter washing machines with a function to switch ultrasonic frequencies are also available.
