BlueStar has developed and begun supplying a deburring and cleaning system for precision stamped parts such as leadframes after stamping. The system can be installed in the middle of a reel-to-reel feeder and winder, or in the post-press process.
The liquid used should be a hydrocarbon solvent if there is a large amount of mineral oil.
