（Blue Star R&D Co., Ltd. has successfully developed and applied for a patent for an ultra-compact, ultra-powerful ultrasonic deburring/cleaning machine that can be inserted between lines. Instead of placing many pieces in a basket for cleaning and deburring, this ultrasonic cleaning/deburring machine can be installed between processes and has a cleaning and deburring speed that is as fast as the processing speed of the process.
Combined with cooperative robots, unmanned operation is achieved.
The ultrasonic tanks will be available in two models with inner diameters of 73.1 mmφ and 100 mmφ for the time being, and are scheduled to go on sale in April 2024. We will start accepting experiments on March 1. Please consider our proposal.
