Currently, foil burr removal is basically done manually and dry with a brush or similar tool.

Labor costs for deburring have skyrocketed, partly due to the influence of precision, and with it, the defect rate has increased, and the foil burr dust in the work environment cannot be completely removed.

The perfection of deburring technology is necessary for the development and stabilization of in-mold molding technology.
