Although we are convinced of the effectiveness of ultrasonic etching, our delivery record is limited. The reason for this is that we have tried to solve minute burrs and slight oxide film on the surface by using powerful ultrasonic waves in pure water. Furthermore, we have not been able to find a mixed acid that is easy to handle and can make the most of the characteristics of ultrasonic waves. Furthermore, it is difficult for a company to make efforts unless there is a certain market for general-purpose ultrasound.

In the process of researching the market for ultrasonic deburring and cleaning of CPU sockets, test sockets, and IC sockets, we came to realize that there is a huge market for CPU inspection probes and socket accessories, although the experts concerned may laugh at us. The material is copper alloy, which is our specialty for ultrasonic deburring.

Although we have received requests to experiment with socket accessories such as contact probes, pogo pins, spring connectors, etc., we have not yet taken the steps of ultrasonic etching, surface polishing, and rust prevention.

However, a stable, ultrasound-compatible chemical for copper alloys has been selected, and it has become clear that there is a large market for this product, and that the generation of micro burrs in the manufacturing process is also a problem. We plan to actively respond to requests for ultrasonic deburring, etching, and surface polishing of socket accessories in Japan, Taiwan, and China.
