（Blue Star R&D Inc. continues to deliver powerful ultrasonic cleaners for large 2.5-, 4-, and 5-ton molds. The molds are placed in a large ultrasonic tank with a reinforcing H-shaped steel frame. After installation, the cleaning solution is rapidly introduced, and when the tank is full, ultrasonic cleaning continues as the large ultrasonic transducer travels horizontally and reciprocates horizontally while emitting ultrasonic waves downwards across the surface of the liquid.
An ultrasonic reflector is installed on the bottom to prevent ultrasonic waves from leaking out of the tank.
It would be an exaggeration to say that this is the largest ultrasonic cleaner in the world.
In 2024, we will commercialize a compact, ultra-high-power mold cleaner.
