Notice of New Deburring and Cleaning Equipment for Manifolds 2024/4/8
Blue Star R&D developed and commercialized an ultrasonic deburring and cleaning device for manifolds. The device is installed in the laboratory at the head office. Manifold deburring and cleaning experiments will be accepted from April 8, 2024.
The size of the manifold to be considered is a manifold with a cross section that fits within an inner diameter of 230φ and a length of 250 mm or less. Manifolds within this range are targeted. Four surfaces of the manifold are simultaneously irradiated with ultrasonic waves to enable deburring and cleaning.
This is the world’s first ultrasonic deburring system that can switch the impact force of ultrasonic cavities in five stages: LEVEL 0 (standard value), LEVEL 1, LEVEL 2, LEVEL 3, and LEVEL 5.
