T ferrule is a component used to connect multiple optical fibers at once, and is an important component to ensure signal transmission quality and reliability in optical fiber communication systems. There are 12-core, 24-core, etc. depending on the number of optical fibers.
The diameter of the optical fiber hole is approximately 108µm, and burrs are generated during the molding process. The burrs are removed and cleaned by ultrasonic waves.
